Studying English at CDVUK

Jarmila: Nowadays, I think the question why you want to learn English or other foreign
language is a little bit useless. We are in touch with English every day and in my opinion it is
almost impossible not to know any word of English. You turn on your computer - its settings
are in English, you open an internet site - the articles are in English, you are walking on a street
and some foreigner asks you where the nearest bus stop is. Knowing English language is a
necessity.
You can choose more ways of learning, one example being the course at the Comenius
University. There are groups of students and a few teachers. In groups, there are not too many
students so teachers can explain grammar and other study matters much better. You are working with
textbooks, audio books and various exercises.
If you want speak fluently, be better in grammar and understand when listening, this is
the best way of improving yourself. You should spend time on your education and practicing
because practice makes perfect.
On this course, you can go for the State exam or CAE Certificate. It is up to you what
you choose. The both of them are C1 level.
I chose this course because I would like to improve my knowledge of English for my
future work and studying. Sometimes studying is very difficult but you have to enjoy each
lesson because you learn new things every single day. I can recommend this course for
everybody who wants to improve study skills in English.

Martina: Why am I studying at CDVUK-was it a good choice? I think it is too soon to write

Many people said that it is a very good idea to visit this course if I would like to improve my English.
My first impressions of this course were pleasant. The building was large and on the at first day I got lost. Now that we know what is where, I can say that we have a great location. The dining room, vending machines and entrance are very close. I like our class because everyone is kind, helpful and friendly.
The method of teaching is very important and I am totaly satisfied with ours. Teachers are very down-to-earth, helpful, and really trying to fill our gaps in English. They use a very good way of teaching and I think this course would be perfect for everyone.
