How people invented shooting sports (by Laura)
Once upon a time lived a man whose life was very boring and sad. Other people felt really sorry because of for him. He had no imagination, no dreams, no lusts, no reason for living life. Even though he was from middle class he was the most miserable person on the world.
And It was because he was alone. And he was alone because his friends died in the war, he was full of negative feelings and he didn´t know why he had to live when he lost everything.
But once a pretty young girl came into the village. She was like a sun in the dark for him. When they met, they immediately fell become in love. However, as it happens how it comes in the world, her parents didn't want to give their only girl for this poorly looking guy. But she knew about him that he was a soldier and one of the things which he knew pretty well was shooting from gun.
So she said: „I will take a man who will shoot all 10 flying pigeons.“ And it was done.
The man was the only guy who shot all the pigeons, he won the battle for about his love and he found his reason for living once again. Later people commemorated make from this battle with a nice tradition which they repeated every year. And it was the beginning of day when people find shooting pigeons (later fake „pigeons“) for like sport.

Four boys went to the lake covered by of ice. Ice was solid enough so they could go on to and play some games. They had found a little stone, after they started to kick it, but they constantly fell off. But still they liked this game liked them so they decided to make it easier do it better for easily game. For a few minutes boys thought on what they can to use. Suddenly they found long wooden sticks so they used them in the game. It was better
But they were soon tired because there y were only four of them. On another day they invited some friends to play with added to them. After that, the game was good and every boy was happy. Day by day, more and more people were around the lake cheering the boys as fans. And that was the start for Hockey.

HOW DID VOLLEYBALL CAME ABOUT? (by Viktoria)
In antiquity, when man brought to home a food from hunting, usually it was deer. One day, they brought very so much deer so they had to leave some deer before the cave. It was very hot day, the sun was shining. While the men in cave skinned the crambled deer, others were inflated with air. These animals looked like big balls. When kids saw these ″balls″, they took them and started to play with them. Small Billy told to his friend Todor, that the ball shouldn’t drop to the ground. They had started throwing a ball over cord where twas a dirty clothes were hanging. On the side where the ball was dropped, these players lost one point. This funny game became very popular in settlement. So they played it very often and eventually this game became known as volleyball.

The Kingdom of Erebor was taken from the dwarfs by the evil dragon Smaug. One day, wizard Gandalf and twelve dwarves led by their king Thorin visited Bilbo. He decided to help them and recover Erebor. During their dangerous journey Bilbo found a piece of round stone. He dug into the stone all the way. Bilbo's friends fought against Trolls and yet he still played with the stone. He also had a magic ring and conjured Trolls which then dug the round stone with him. In the end, wizard Gandalf and the dwarfs defeated the dragon and decided that the game with round stone was even more funny. When Bilbo returned at home, he had taught learned his friends the game with round stone. All the children in his village played this game. He became a very famous and thus the game of Football was invented.

A boy named Simon, tried to run from an older boy from village who was bully and wanted fight with Simon and He was afraid, He was running to the woods and didn't know where to hide. So he decided to climb a tree and hide there. But the angry and dangerous bully saw him and tried to catch caught Simon. But Simon was faster and more flexible than the other guy. He started to turn around the branch of a tree. He was hanging by his arms on a tree branch and start turning around faster and faster, so his bully couldn't catch caught him. And so Simon invented „jump on the goalpost“.
Where is BIATHLON from? (Viktoria G)
History of this winter olympic sport is from far Lapland. People from there had to hunt animals. Because of plenty snow, they needed to find their way how to move in snow fastly. So they moored with tabular wood on their own feet. When they got to their victims quietly, they directed their own weapons towards them and shot.
After a time they started competing against each other - who would get to own tribe the first. So has risen this international sport, which was brought to Europe by a man called Thlone. However, because this sport has two activities and people called it after the man, they united these two facts and now it is called BIaTHLON.

You know how it feels to be so tired that you can’t come even stand up from your bed to put your dirty stinky socks into the laundry basket. Well, a lazy boy named John Pav back in 1921 knew this feeling too. He always threw his dirty socks from his bed trying to hit his laundry basket. He usually missed, but he was very excited about every hit. The happiness caused by hitting the basket was so great, that so he wanted to experience it more often. One day, when he had nothing else to do, he took a ball and starting throwing it in the basket and that’s how basketball was invented.

Long time ago in the time of kings and queens, in one royal court there was Princess Elizabeth and Prince Edward and they were bored . Nobody knew how to trigger did their fun.
The royal family called many clowns and circus entertainers to on the castle but the royal children still didn´t laugh. One day the royal family promised that anyone someone who would cheer their children that they would be topped with gold. Only one young man had the courage to come: a farmer's boy John. Royal children were sitting at the table, which was very big and the kids throwing grapes at each other after himself from boredom. Just then, young John thought of something and told the king that tomorrow his kids would laughed. When he came home, he made a small network which stretched across the table. His father helped him to with carve a small wooden ball. John even took the chamber wooden sticks. Then he came to the on castle to explain the o children the game which was played across the table with a small ball and wooden sticks. But the children didn't enjoy it because they didn't know how to hit the ball with such thin sticks. So they were bored again. John came home again and thought about what sticks would ill be better for this
game. He tried the game with his sister with different sticks and finally figured out that it goes best with a pan. During the following the night, John carved from wood two wooden arches with handles. When this game was brought to the castle for the children they were extremely amused and finally they laughed. John called this game table ball.
The King awarded the John with gold and everyone was happy. And the game follows later became table tennis.

In the past people lived in the nature together with animals. Many times it happened, that the animals wanted to eat people. It’s logical they had to get away. In order to have better condition they started to practivce train. Initially they watched just who ended up is the last. But after some time they noticed, that the winner is important also. They ran just for fun and wanted to win. This pastime remains with us today, and nowadays we have different types of running. It’s a very current sport. So we can thank the animals, that we have this sport.

In years, when kings were killing Templars and making martyrs of them, once when 2 doctors dissected some templar, extracted his liver and one doctor threw the liver to the next doctor. Later, they were still throwing it, when both doctors found sticks, and between tables they used it for were throwing liver. They liked it, and it didn’t they don´t matter that on the table lied a dead man. Next days they tried to change the sticks for better ones and stretch some fishing nets. Name Tennis is named according actually a templar ´s name…finally, it was started with templar´s liner.
Box in stone age
In stone age, when neanderthals lived and humans were was primitive, was they discovered a sport called box.Two neanderthals began to fight for a piece of meat , others came closer and formed a circle around them and everyone cheered their friend. However, it's a human instinct to use hands in battle . When this situation repeated more times, neanderthals find out that a battle like that was funny. So they started fighting and began to repeat it. The spectators were entertained by on that.They fought usually for women or for food. They created fight clubs in caves and regularly met there during solstice.
Since then it is said boxing as a sport for fun and for everyone.
Baseball
In one small village there lived two young guys and they hated each other. Their names were Mat and Tony. One day they met on the field where n they used to ually went play with their friends. Suddenly Mat started throwing stones into at Tony, and he wanted to hurt ed him. Tony saw that stones were falling directly at him so they took a part of wood which was near at him and bounced it away. Then he did it few more times and suddenly he realised that it was fun. When Tony came home he told it to his parents. They went out and found some thin and long wood and tried to played it with their friends . They liked it. In this way, baseball was invented .
